Tom Glasco

Tom Glasco has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tom most recently worked at TRS Healthcare as a Systems Engineer, where they started in May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Technology Support Specialist at the same company from April 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining TRS Healthcare, Tom worked at Nilfisk as an IT Specialist, Group IT, from April 2013 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for providing IT support to over 150 on-site employees and 5000+ remote employees. Tom'sdaily activities included troubleshooting client workstations, printers, and network peripherals.

From July 2011 to April 2013, Tom worked as Front Desk Staff at Cox Communications. Tom also had a role as a Technology Expert at Office Depot from October 2010 to February 2011, where they assisted customers with their technological needs.

Tom's earlier experience includes serving in the United States Marine Corps from December 2000 to April 2009. Tom held the position of Sergeant (Team Lead/Project Manager) and was responsible for supervising the construction, maintenance, and operation of complex communications networks in the United States and the Middle East. Tom also supervised help desk operations to ensure efficient resolution of trouble tickets.

Tom Glasco earned a Bachelor's degree in Business - Information Technology Management from Western Governors University between 2017 and 2020. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA in March 2019, ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2019, and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in October 2017.
