Tom Whitworth

Tom Whitworth has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Tom began their career as a Judicial Clerk at the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee in 2010. After their clerkship, they joined Manier & Herod as an Associate in 2012. In 2015, they moved to Ogletree Deakins, where they worked as an Associate until 2020. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Legal at Amedisys, where they previously held positions as Senior Director, Legal and Senior Corporate Counsel.

Tom Whitworth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2007. Following that, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law at the same university from 2007 to 2010.
