Patrick Damon

Patrick Damon has a diverse work experience in project management roles. Patrick currently works as a Senior Project Manager at AmerCareRoyal since April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at HSO from June 2022 to March 2023. From February 2020 to June 2022, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Lands' End.

Before that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager Consultant at Stoneridge Software from August 2019 to February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing client upgrades and migrations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Business Central.

Before that, at Charter Communications, they served as a Marketing Program Manager from January 2005 to February 2008. In this role, they oversaw a strategic multi-state enterprise program and was responsible for server and network testing, budget forecasting, training and managing resources, vendor management, and regular communications with business partners and executive leadership.

Patrick Damon began their career at American Family Insurance as a Marketing Technician from May 1998 to December 2004. In this position, they supported the Project Manager in gathering requirements and executing projects, particularly implementing a web-based program for online Life Insurance sign-up.

Patrick Damon has a diverse education history. Patrick first attended Madison Area Technical College from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained an Associate Degree in Marketing with a focus on Marketing. In 2007, they returned to Madison Area Technical College and earned a certificate in Fire Fighter 1 State Certificate. After a gap, Patrick enrolled at Madison Area Technical College again from 2009 to 2012, this time pursuing an Associate Degree in Supervisory Management with a specialization in Management. Additionally, Patrick obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in October 2019.
