Darrick Hatch

Darrick Hatch has extensive work experience in the energy and building technology industry. Darrick served as the Vice President of Business Development at Ameresco, where they focused on reducing energy costs and increasing sustainability for clients. Darrick also held the same position at Plug Smart. Prior to these roles, Darrick worked as a Sr. Account Executive at Siemens, delivering complex solutions for building technology needs. Darrick was a Product Manager at Ingenu, where they facilitated the growth of the company's Internet of Things ecosystem. Additionally, Darrick worked as a Commercial Area Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating and as a Commercial Account Executive at Johnson Controls, Inc., managing key accounts and driving sales. Before their career in the energy industry, they were the owner of Hawaii Home Theater / Sight & Sound Media Systems, providing home theater and automation services. Darrick also gained engineering and research experience as an intern at Makai Ocean Engineering, Inc. / Lockheed Martin HBCU/MI.

Darrick Hatch holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Darrick also has additional certifications including a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate certification, a Fundamentals of Engineering certification from NCEES, and a HAM Radio Technician Class License from the FCC.
