Terry Jefferies

Terry Jefferies has extensive work experience in the agricultural lending industry. Terry started their career at Farm Credit Services of America in 1993 as a Loan Officer and worked there until 1996. Following that, they joined the Federal Land Bank of Southwest Colorado as a Loan Officer from 1996 to 1999. Terry then returned to Farm Credit Services of America in 2001 as a Financial Specialist/Loan Closer until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, Terry worked as a Financial Services Officer at Farm Credit Services of Mid-America. In 2006, they joined American Ag Credit, formerly Mountain Plains Farm Credit Services, as a Credit Underwriter until 2013. Terry held two roles at American Ag Credit, starting as an Assistant Vice President of Lending from 2013 to 2017 and later becoming the Vice President of Lending in 2017.

Terry Jefferies completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Iowa State University. This education was obtained from 1987 to 1993. In addition, Terry Jefferies obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in January 2023.
