Brian Kelly

Brian Kelly currently serves as the Interim Chief Information Security Officer Advisor for American Airlines and as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company. Since February 2020, Brian has held the position of Virtual CISO at The United States Pharmacopeia and previously acted as Interim CISO/Executive Advisor at News Corp until January 2024. Additionally, Brian has been a member of various advisory boards, including Secuvant and TruSTAR Technology, contributing to strategic cybersecurity initiatives. With a robust educational background, including a Master’s in Systems Acquisition/Contract Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Brian has a solid foundation in both business and operational management. Brian's career also includes a significant role as Chief Security Officer at Rackspace, enhancing security protocols within the managed cloud industry.
