John Kadous

John Kadous has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple companies in the insurance industry. John started their career in 1987 at GEICO, where they worked as a Manager of Planning and Associate Services until 2000. John then joined Securian Financial Group as a Director from 2000 to 2001. In 2002, they joined USAA, where they held various roles including Underwriting Director and Product Management Director until 2014. Since 2014, John Kadous has been associated with AAIS (American Association of Insurance Services) in different positions. John started as Vice President of Personal Lines, then became Vice President of Personal Lines & Auto/Head of Product Strategy, and is currently serving as Vice President/Head of Product. Overall, John Kadous has demonstrated a strong expertise in product management, underwriting, and personal and auto insurance.

John Kadous completed their high school education at Spencer High School. John then attended the University of Iowa from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance. Later, they pursued further education at Regis University from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management.
