Kirstin Dodge

Kirstin Dodge currently serves as the Head of North America, Southern Europe, and Latin America at Nivalion AG, having advanced through various leadership roles since May 2021. In addition to this position, Kirstin is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation since November 2019. Prior to Nivalion AG, Kirstin worked at Homburger for over 14 years as Special Counsel for International Arbitration and Litigation, representing clients in various international disputes. Kirstin’s earlier experience includes a partnership at Perkins Coie LLP, where expertise in commercial litigation for public utility regulation and energy law was developed, as well as roles addressing dormant accounts at the Claims Resolution Tribunal in Switzerland and serving as an associate in a law firm focused on employment discrimination. Kirstin began a legal career as a law clerk for Hon. Thomas S. Zilly in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Educational qualifications include a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
