Jeff Chute

Jeff Chute has extensive experience in corrections, currently serving as an Auditor for the American Correctional Association since April 2022. Jeff has been with Androscoggin County Jail since 2007, holding the positions of Jail Administrator and Assistant Jail Administrator. Prior to that, Jeff worked as the Classifications Director at Androscoggin Sheriffs Department from February 2002 to September 2004. Jeff Chute holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Central Maine Community College and has furthered education at the Maine Criminal Justice Academy and the National Institute of Corrections.
