Dean Schmitz is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at American Dining Creations since January 2022, Dean has previously held various executive chef positions at Timmer's Resort, The Clarke Hotel, and The Delafield Hotel from 2006 to 2012. Dean's career also includes a tenure as a chef at Marriott International from October 2012 to December 2021. Dean possesses an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Milwaukee Area Technical College and completed education at Pulaski High School.
