Angela Case is an active entrepreneur with experience and professional success in planning and directing the operation of entrepreneurial ventures. Her background represents a unique blend of real estate investments, commercial real estate portfolio management and development of strategic fundraising programs for nonprofit organizations.

Angela began investing in real estate over thirty years ago and continues to be engaged in real estate opportunities today. In 2009, she successfully launched ARC Realty, a female-owned commercial real estate firm headquartered in Northern Virginia providing specialized expertise to federal agencies, public companies, and the healthcare industry. Prior to ARC Realty, Angela specialized in healthcare industry representation with leading firms including Colliers Pinkard and Cushman & Wakefield where she designed and implemented the Healthcare Practice Group and launched real estate advisory services to physicians, hospitals, healthcare professionals, healthcare REITs, and investors. In addition to her healthcare expertise, Angela has significant experience representing tenants and landlords in life sciences, major corporations, and universities.

In 2001, Angela, with her husband launched their first fundraising consulting firm which provided expertise to support strategic planning and fundraising for nonprofit organizations. In 2018, Angela expanded services and rebranded the company as Focused On Fundraising – whose mission and goal is to help nonprofits raise more money by equipping fundraisers, managers, and leaders of nonprofit organizations with access to world-class coaching and fundraising consultation in person and online. Today, Angela serves as President of Focused On Fundraising, Inc.

Angela’s exceptional business acumen and organizational skills showcase her ability to assess client needs and formulate creative solutions. She is adept at managing multiple projects and long-term client relationships and is effective at networking for new business generation.

She has been a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, NAIOP and a delegate for the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. As a community partner, Angela served on the boards of National Capital Healthcare Executives, the Duke University Cancer Center Citizens Advisory Council, and assisted with Youth for Tomorrow.

Angela is a professionally trained singer and continues to share her gift of music. She holds an M.A. from Mannes College of Music (New York, NY) and a B.A. from Catawba College (Salisbury, NC). She and her husband, Ben, have two adult children and four granddaughters.
