Mr. Bansal combines his background in enterprise management and technology architecture with his financial expertise to help organizations develop compelling value propositions. Mr. Bansal has extensive experience working with the Board of Directors of for profit and not for profit organizations. He has spent a considerable amount of time working with local, state and federal agencies, both as a community advocate and receiver of services. In his past assignments, Mr. Bansal has participated in advocacy to the Congress and Senate.

During a successful career of over 25 years, Mr. Bansal has held the positions of CEO, President, CFO and Head of Business Development at various reputable mid-market and Fortune 500 enterprises. As the Chief Operating Officer at Howard University, a doctoral research-intensive university, Mr. Bansal was responsible for overseeing the management of all aspects of college operations across all programs and divisions with an operating budget of $800 million.

At ICF Kaiser Systems, he played an important role in helping the company grow from just $10 million to $1.3 billion in annual sales and assisted the company in its various stages of growth from a small business to a global enterprise. Subsequently, he served as President and CEO of Digital Commerce Corporation, an e-commerce company focused on the B2G market, where he helped turn around a small failing business and assisted in filing for an Initial Public Offering, valued approximately around $2 billion. As the President and CFO of International Commerce Corporation, Mr. Bansal supervised a team of researchers that provided data analytic services to pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, Eli Lily, Johnson and Johnson, and Abbot Labs.
