Yunuen A. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Yunuen started their career in 2003 as an Administrative Analyst at the Secretaría de Educación Pública, where they provided support in organizing international meetings and liaised with embassies. In 2005, they joined Flacso México Oficial as a Technical Secretary, where they were responsible for various tasks such as scheduling, meeting preparation, and administrative support. Yunuen also gained experience in managing research projects and coordinating with funding agencies. Yunuen then transitioned to the role of Executive Assistant at the Secretaría Académica, where they assisted in managing academic councils, preparing reports, and coordinating research projects. Most recently, they joined the American Institutes for Research in 2020 as a Project Coordinator, where they are currently involved in coordinating projects and providing administrative support.

Yunuen A. attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations. In 2016, they enrolled at UAM Xochimilco for a Master's degree in International Relations, which is still ongoing. In 2021, Yunuen A. pursued a Master's degree in International Cooperation: Project Management and Leadership at UNIR - La Universidad en Internet, completing it in 2022.
