Zoe Sousane

Project Specialist at American Institutes for Research

Zoe Sousane has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Zoe'smost recent role is as a Project Specialist at the American Institutes for Research, starting in 2022.

Prior to this, Zoe worked at NCQA from 2019 to 2022, where they held two positions. Zoe began as a Health Care Analyst and was responsible for managing project timelines and drafting project deliverables. Zoe later became a Project Manager in the Quality Solutions Group, leading a team in completing survey data collection and analyses. Zoe also provided technical assistance and oversaw vendor operations for CMS's surveys.

In 2017, Zoe worked at Adventist HealthCare LifeWork Strategies as an Associate Well-being Specialist and a Well-being Account Coordinator. In these roles, they managed employment conditions for hospital staff and developed well-being program strategies.

Before that, Zoe was an Instructor at Go Ape USA from 2015 to 2017, where they trained groups in completing a zipline course and ensured safety through equipment checks and risk assessments.

Zoe also has experience in community outreach and administration. Zoe interned at Adventist HealthCare as a Community Outreach Intern in 2016 and at the Madison House Autism Foundation as an Administrative Intern in 2015.

Zoe Sousane completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Health from the University of Maryland between 2012 and 2016.
