Akanksha Kushwaha

Akanksha Kushwaha is a skilled data engineer with extensive experience in developing predictive models and data architecture across multiple organizations. Currently serving at the American Red Cross as a ML Data Engineer, Akanksha focuses on creating predictive models for equipment failures and refining data models for strategic emergency deployment. Previously, Akanksha held roles as an Azure Data Engineer and a Software Developer at archents, RXO, and XPO, where responsibilities included optimizing data pipelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, Akanksha's earlier experience includes data engineering at Al Ameen Group and as an Assistant Engineer with ACON PEB Industry Pvt. Ltd. Akanksha holds a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Business Analytics from the University of South Florida and an Associate's degree in Business Intelligence and Computer Science. A Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication was obtained from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
