Sherif Barakat is a seasoned professional in customer success and public administration, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Amwell since November 2022. Previously, Sherif held various roles at Olive from December 2020 to October 2022, including Sr. Customer Enablement Specialist and Implementation Success Owner. Prior to that, Sherif worked as a Customer Success Manager at Verata Health and held positions at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, including Special Assistant to the CEO, and Division Manager of the Innovation Institute. Additional experience includes roles as Legislative Liaison at the Massachusetts Health Connector and Legislative Aide for the House Committee on Ways & Means, along with earlier positions at Brigham and Women's Hospital and MassDOT. Sherif holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Northeastern University and a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School.
