Virginia Baranski

Virginia (Ginny) Baranski, MPS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and total rewards management. Currently serving as Head of Total Rewards at Amwell, Baranski previously held the position of Vice President, Total Rewards at Cotiviti and Director of Total Rewards & People Operations for North America at EPAM Systems. Previous roles include Director of Total Rewards at Puratos and Regional Human Resources Manager at BrightView Landscape. Baranski holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations with a specialization in Employment & Labor Law from Pennsylvania State University, as well as a Human Resource Management Certificate from Villanova University.
