Megan Bilson

Megan Bilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Megan has held senior positions in talent development and human resources at various companies. Most recently, they worked at Amicus Therapeutics as the Senior Vice President of Global HR & Talent Executive. Prior to that, they held similar positions at TE Connectivity and QVC. Megan also has experience in academia, as they completed the Top Seat Modern CHRO Program at Cornell University. Additionally, they have worked with well-known companies such as American Express, Citi, The Hershey Company, HP, and ExecuTrain, where they held various leadership and development roles. Throughout their career, Megan has demonstrated expertise in creating and executing talent development strategies, leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

Megan Bilson has a BA in Journalism from Keene State College. Megan is currently pursuing an MEd in Educational/Instructional Technology from San Diego State University. Megan has also obtained several certifications including Certified Mental Health First Aider from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, Level 1: Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and Level 2: Master Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the Certified Life Coach Institute, all obtained in 2021.
