Lisa Richardson

Lisa has thirty years of human resources experience in both federal and private-sector global operations. As the leader of Amida’s HR department, she focuses on employee relations, organizational development, change management, succession planning, and performance management. Prior to joining Amida, Lisa served as a strategic business partner, to an international organization of 2,000 globally dispersed personnel, for more than fourteen years. As a U.S. Army Veteran, her assignments included Army Liaison on Capitol Hill, Under Secretary of the Army and Army JAQ at the Pentagon, and NATO / U.S. Army Perscom.
