Terri Garrett

Terri Garrett, CCWP, has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Terri started their career in 1995 with Adecco Staffing, USA as an Area Manager. Terri then worked as an Area Manager at Manpower Staffing from 2003 to 2005. After that, they joined Pro-Tem Solutions, Inc. as an Area Manager/Account Manager and successfully grew existing accounts.

In 2008, Terri joined TAPFIN Process Solutions as a Program Manager, where they managed a nationwide contingent workforce program for Experian and its affiliate companies. Terri significantly increased the business and consistently delivered service excellence.

Terri later moved to PRO Unlimited in 2012 and took on the role of a Program Manager. Terri managed different accounts, including Toyota, NIKE, and First American, where they successfully navigated complex environments and made best practice recommendations.

From 2015 to 2018, Terri worked at nextSource, first as a Director of Operations and later as Vice President of Client Services. During their tenure, they managed and grew profitable accounts, supported technology partnerships, and created consistent practices.

Terri joined Beeline in 2018 as a Senior Client Relationship Manager, responsible for client and supplier partner relationships and optimizing software utilization.

Before their current role, Terri worked at KellyOCG as a Director of Operations from 2019 to 2021, where they managed the AMER region and drove program strategy and growth.

Currently, Terri is the Division Vice President of Strategic Accounts at AMN Healthcare, where they started in 2023.

Throughout their career, Terri has demonstrated their ability to build and manage teams, deliver service excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and foster strong client relationships.

Terri Garrett, CCWP, obtained a Certification in Cosmetology from Cerritos College from 1982 to 1983.
