Jonathan Breen

Jonathan Breen's work experience starts in 2008 as a Laboratory Assistant at Texas A&M University. Jonathan later becomes a Research Assistant, where they develop diesel engine models. In 2010, they join Tenaris as a Global Trainee, learning about premium connection design, testing, and manufacturing. Jonathan then progresses to become a Product Development Engineer, where they conduct tests on premium connection samples and designs and tests products. In 2015, Jonathan is promoted to Senior Product Development Engineer, focusing on conceptual designs and technical analysis. From 2016 to 2021, they serve as a Senior Product Development Manager, leading a team in developing and testing premium threaded connectors. In 2021, they join Plug Power as a Sr. Manager of Product Development & Certification, leading a team in developing, manufacturing, certifying, and deploying Green Hydrogen PEM Electrolyzer systems. Currently, they are the Director of Technology Portfolio at Amogy.

Jonathan Breen's education history includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, completing their studies from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Jonathan Breen has obtained the certification of Engineer In Training from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in November 2020.
