Tiana Taitt

Tiana Taitt has been working in the field of Talent Acquisition since 2016. Tiana began their career as a Talent Acquisition Associate at the New York City Department of Education. In 2018, they joined Moelis & Company as a Recruitment Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Assistant. In 2021, they moved to NS1 as a Recruiter and DEI Project Lead, and then Associate, Talent Coordinator & DEI Project Lead. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Manager at Amogy, where they are responsible for building and managing the Talent Acquisition function while keeping DE&I principles, best practices and candidate experience at the center of the hiring process.

Tiana Taitt attended Stony Brook University from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management. From 2013 to 2015, they attended The City College of New York, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Image Management. From 2009 to 2012, they attended LIU Post and studied Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
