Job description

Amoroso Construction is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager. Under the direction of the regional President, the exempt role of Marketing Manager will be responsible for the duties summarized below.

Essential Job Functions

  • Analyze RFPs/RFQs and develop/manage proposal content, processes, and schedules

  • Coordinate the company’s design-build proposal pursuits

  • Manage and prepare annual prequalification applications

  • Collaborate with Chief Estimators to identify, prioritize and track current and prospective projects

  • Lead the marketing department’s strategic planning activities to include setting long- and short-term departmental goals

  • Maintain clear brand guidelines and implement brand consistency both internally and externally

  • Manage the Marketing Specialist position

  • Gather and create content such as resumes, project descriptions, blog posts social media content, and other narratives as needed

  • Prepare executive-level marketing and business development reports

  • Manage the company’s CRM system and all information gathering regarding employees, projects, clients and consultants

  • Prepare management teams for project interviews and presentations

  • Create and maintain company marketing materials, including website, brochures, signage, publications, etc.

  • Responsible for company communications including newsletter and recruiting materials

  • Coordinate project photography and employee headshots

  • Design and coordinate the company’s promotional items and branded materials

  • Provide branded collateral for career fairs and trade shows

  • Organize and coordinate employee involvement in industry organizations and networking opportunities

  • Participate in industry events and client meetings as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

  • 5+ years experience in marketing and proposals; experience with government proposals preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
