Jennifer Wallace, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer currently holds the position of Senior Director, Talent Development at Ampere, where they are focused on addressing the requirements of the modern cloud and delivering performance, scalability, security, and power efficiency.

In these roles, they were responsible for various strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.

Prior to Intel, Jennifer worked at First Advantage Corporation as a National Account Manager and Regional Operations Manager, where they managed client relationships and executed pre-employment screening initiatives.

Jennifer began their career at Allegis Group as a Corporate Recruiter, focusing on recruiting and managing mid to high-level office professionals for clients.
