Tabitha Yap

Tabitha Yap has been working in the Human Resources field since 2014. Tabitha began their career as an Operations Manager for Leadership at San Jose State University. In 2015, they were a Senior Recruiter Intern at Urban Remedy, where they were responsible for streamlining talent for future organic growth. In 2016, they became a Technical Recruiter at SOTA Imaging. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Educator at Nobel Learning Communities. In 2019, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Course Hero. Currently, they are an HR Manager at bp pulse fleet (formerly AMPLY Power).

Tabitha Yap obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from San Jose State University from 2012 to 2016. Tabitha then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University from 2019 to 2021. In April 2021, they were awarded their Master of Science from Michigan State University. In April 2019, they obtained a Modern Human Resource Management - Recruitment and Selection Process certification from Alison - Free Online Learning. In June 2018, they obtained a Standard First Aid, CPR and AED certification from the American Red Cross. Finally, in October 2022, they are expected to receive a Latino Board Leadership Academy Class of XXII certification from the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley.
