Kirstyn Grant

Kirstyn Grant is currently working as the Head of US Patient Services at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals. Previously, Kirstyn held a position at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a member of the Patient Services team. Prior to that, Kirstyn worked as a Team Lead Nurse Case Manager/Nurse Educator at Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc. Kirstyn began their career as a Registered Nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital. Kirstyn is currently pursuing an MBA at Quinnipiac University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Southern Connecticut State University. Kirstyn's experience includes providing personalized disease and treatment education to patients, leading teams of Nurse Case Managers, and participating in agile healthcare project management.
