Tania Nossa

Tania Nossa has been working in the field of information technology since 1992, when they began their career at Alcoa. Tania has held various roles at Alcoa, including Information Technology Manager, Global Portal Manager, Director Shared Services and CIO Latin America, and Vice President Global Shared Services. In 2020, they moved to Highmark Health, where they served as Director Shared Services Large Scale Operation. In 2021, they joined Amyris as Vice President Shared Services.

Tania Nossa completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 1988. Tania then pursued their Majors in Information Technology from the same university between 1984 and 1987. In 1995, they attended UC Berkeley Extension and earned an English degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. In 2003, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração. Most recently, in 2018, they completed a Leading and Managing Globally course from the Yale School of Management.
