Kristen Adams

Kristen Adams has extensive experience in talent acquisition, retail management, and sales. Kristen currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Andersen Corporation since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Partner at the same company from 2022 to 2023. Kristen also worked at Target as an Executive Team Lead Specialty Sales from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they held the position of Store Manager at Gerhard's Kitchen & Bath Store from 2018 to 2019. Kristen's early career includes long-term roles at Pier 1 Imports, where they served as a Store Manager from 2005 to 2018 and as an Assistant Manager from 2001 to 2005.

Kristen Adams obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southeast Community College, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004.
