Jared Georgakopoulos

Jared Georgakopoulos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jared began their career as a Student Athlete, playing for the Kalamazoo College Men's Soccer Team from August 2009 to November 2012. Jared then joined Ford Motor Credit Company in July 2013 and participated in their Leadership Development Program, gaining skills in team management, business development, and financial analysis. During their time at Ford, they also held positions as a Customer Service Representative, Dealer Services Analyst, and Dealer Credit Analyst. In October 2015, Jared joined SPMB (Schweichler Price Mullarkey & Barry), a top executive search firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, as an Analyst. There, they worked on executive search projects and led consulting projects in partnership with a16z and KPCB. In 2017, Jared joined Andreessen Horowitz, where they held various roles including Partner in Research, Partner in Exec Talent, Partner in Talent (IC - Exec), and currently serves as the Partner, Head of Talentplace & Talent Ecosystem. Jared'sexpertise and experience in talent management make him a valuable asset to any organization.
