Ashley Laffitte

Ashley Laffitte, MBA, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As Senior Director of Human Resources at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health, Laffitte has developed a solid foundation in managing HR functions. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at both Dental One Partners and Platinum Dermatology Partners, as well as Human Resources Manager at Texas Central. Laffitte's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Talent Review Process Manager at Trinity Industries, Inc., where expertise in ethics and HR compliance was also demonstrated.
