Ilene Nelson

As CHRO, Ilene Nelson leads our Human Resources, Talent Management & Recruitment function at Anju Software.

A seasoned HR veteran with more than two decades of experience in all areas of human resources across a range of life sciences, pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies, Ilene has particular expertise in talent management, leadership development, standardization of HR processes and strategic HR Initiatives.

Prior to Anju, Ilene was Vice President and Head of Human Resources at pharmaceutical, diagnostics, R&D and medical testing company OPKO Health, where she helped shape and direct end-to-end people strategy that encompassed employee relations, talent management, leadership programs, recruitment, HRIS, payroll, benefits, compensation, and learning & development. She has also previously held senior HR roles at Noven Pharmaceuticals and Crane.

Ilene holds a law degree from the University of Miami and is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.A. in Political Science.
