Allison Simmons

Allison Simmons has over ten years of work experience in the legal and compliance field. Allison started their career as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst at K&L Gates in 2004. In this role, they managed compliance projects, conducted legal research, and represented the company at national industry conferences. In 2010, Allison joined Annaly Capital Management as a Director and Senior Lending Compliance Officer. In this position, they oversaw mortgage approvals for multiple companies within the organization and ensured compliance with state and federal regulations by implementing necessary changes in response to legislative updates.

From 2000 to 2004, Allison Simmons attended The George Washington University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Anthropology.
