Nancy Scott

Nancy Scott, PHR has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning and leadership. Nancy is currently the Director of Human Resources at Ansafone Contact Centers, where they oversee a team of HR professionals and fosters a people-first culture. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at a confidential SaaS technology company, providing strategic and transactional support for the organization.

From 2018 to 2021, Nancy served as the Director of Human Resources at New Paradigm Promotional Marketing, where they developed and executed HR objectives to create an engaged workforce and drive organizational success. Before that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Learning Care Group, where they led HR initiatives and implemented strategies across multiple brands and locations.

Nancy's earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Learning Care Group, as well as a Regional Staffing Manager at Innovative Staffing Solutions and a Lead Recruiter/Account Manager at BlackHawk Information Services. Their expertise includes employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, policy development, and regulatory compliance.

Nancy Scott, PHR obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In addition to their degree, they have also earned two certifications. Nancy obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in December 2013 and the SHRM - Certified Professional (CP) certification from SHRM in December 2015.
