Scott Braun has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Scott is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Anuvu since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at United Airlines from 2008 to 2020, holding roles such as Senior Manager of Onboard Products and Senior Manager of Inflight Entertainment. During their time at United Airlines, they successfully launched and managed various products, wrote specifications for revenue expansion projects, and organized team-wide projects. Before joining United Airlines, Scott worked as an Associate Program Manager at Population Services International from 2006 to 2008. Scott also had an internship at the State Department in 2005, where they performed various tasks related to high-level VIP visits and cost analyses. Earlier in their career, Scott served as an instructor at the Center for International Education, a business analyst in merchandising at Target Corporation, and an outreach worker and peer educator at Youth and AIDS Projects.

Scott Braun obtained a BA degree in Management, Marketing, and Philosophy from Hamline University in 2001. Scott pursued further education and earned three MA degrees in Global Studies from different universities: Albert-Ludwigs University Freiburg in Germany (2004-2006), Jawaharlal Nehru University in India (2004-2006), and University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa (2004-2006).
