Keith Lawton

Keith Lawton possesses extensive experience in business innovation and strategic planning, currently serving as Senior Advisor to the Director of Business Innovation at Alpha Omega Group LLC since October 2016. In this role, Keith drives modernization efforts and guides teams in executing innovative initiatives. Prior to this position, Keith held roles as Innovation Manager and Strategic Planning Manager at Alpha Omega Group, where responsibilities included managing successful innovation projects and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Previously, Keith spent a decade at Element Consulting Group, Inc., contributing as a Business Analyst and Director of Executive Support Services with a focus on financial management and strategic planning for the Air Force. Early career experience includes a Marketing Associate position at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, overseeing brand marketing operations. Keith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Loyola Marymount University.
