Melanie Larson

Melanie Larson has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Melanie currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at AP Health, where they are responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants for Advanced Practice Provider talent pools. Melanie also works closely with hiring managers and the executive team to align talent strategy with company goals. Previously, Melanie held the role of Human Resources Director at AP Health, where they managed daily department operations, coordinated HR initiatives, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements and laws. Before joining AP Health, Melanie worked as an Office Manager at Artelon and Surgeon's Preference, Inc. Melanie started their career as an Education Specialist at Tennessee Hospital Association.

Melanie Larson completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Office Management at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1989 to 1994.
