Kristen Trotta

Kristen Trotta has extensive experience in various sales and business development roles. Kristen currently serves as the Director of Sales Development at Apartment List, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Weedmaps as the National Sales Manager of SaaS New Business and later as the National Sales & Business Development Manager. At Weedmaps, they spearheaded sales strategy, built high-performing teams, and launched new business divisions. Before Weedmaps, Kristen was the Head of Sales Development at Booster, where they directed sales planning and mentored a team of sales representatives. Kristen also held positions at Houzz as a SaaS Sales Manager and Global Learning & Development Specialist, at Kareo as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, and at Rewards Network as an Account Executive. Kristen began their career as a Sales Manager at AIM Smarter and Sterling Home Loans and also worked as a Fitness Instructor at LA Fitness.

Kristen Trotta holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University.
