Donal O'Rourke currently serves as Executive Sous Chef at The Apawamis Club since January 2024 and has been a Chef Tournant at Quaker Ridge Club since March 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Sous Chef at The Saint Andrews Golf Club from May 2023 to November 2023, and Executive Chef at The Trail Club from April 2019 to May 2023. Donal's extensive culinary career also includes positions as Executive Chef at Hudson Grille (2010-2019), Cuckoos Nest Restaurant (2006-2019), Tonic East (2008-2010), Vertigo (2005-2006), Tonic Times Square (2003-2005), and Mercury/Joshua Tree (2001-2003). Education includes a Professional Cookery Certification from Tourism College in Killybegs, Donegal, Ireland, completed in 1995, and secondary education at Pobail Scoil Gaoth Dobhair.
