Aaron Latzke

Aaron Latzke has over 12 years of professional experience. In 2007, they began as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer at EUV Technology, where they led the mechanical design, fabrication and installation of sophisticated scientific equipment within the semi-conductor space. In 2010, they became Self Employed at OgeOn. In 2011, they were CTO and Co-Founder at SIVA, creating flexible, clean power solutions for connected lifestyles. In 2016, they became Owner and Shaper at Learnt Surfboards, fusing art and science. In 2017, they were VP Hardware at Focal Systems. Since 2019, they have been Mechanical Engineering Manager and Sr. Mechanical Engineer / Scrum Master at Aperia Technologies, participating within a team of engineers to design the next generation product suite while supporting current operations. Aaron's specific skill sets include reliability testing and analysis, design validation, and product/mechanical design and project management.

Aaron Latzke attended Bellarmine College Preparatory from 1995 to 1999. Aaron then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis from 1999 to 2004. In 2019, Aaron Latzke obtained two certifications from the Scrum Alliance: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in July and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in June.
