Paul Jochico

Paul Jochico is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at Apex for Youth since January 2024. Prior to this role, Paul held multiple positions at Children's Aid from June 2014 to February 2024, including Assistant Director of Human Resources and Manager of Talent and Human Resources Operations. Paul also served as a CEO at House of Movement from January 2013 to October 2021, and worked as a consultant for the NYC Department of Education in 2012. Additional experience includes internships and consulting roles at various organizations, including Apricot Consulting and Visiting Nurse Service of New York. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fordham University.
