Tracey Piña

Tracey Piña, SPHR has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tracey served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Apex Heritage Group from August 2013 to the present, where they oversaw HR for multiple locations and companies. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President - Global Talent Acquisition at SITUS, managing recruiting activities across various locations. Tracey also worked as a Recruiter at Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land and a Corporate Recruiter at Friedkin Companies, Inc. Tracey has also held positions as an HR Business Partner at Woodforest National Bank, HR Manager at TMC Orthopedic L.P. and Benedettini Cabinetry, and HR Manager at OcuSoft Inc. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation administration, payroll, training, and policy implementation.

Tracey Piña, SPHR, completed their education in Accounting and Finance at NHCC from 1983 to 1987. In 2021, they obtained their SPHR Certification from SHRM.
