Krupali Saija

Krupali Saija's work experience includes a role as Team Lead - Talent Acquisition at Apidel Technologies since April 2022, where they lead a team in recruiting people at all levels. Prior to that, they were a Lead Technical Recruiter at Apidel Technologies since January 2019. Krupali has also worked as a Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition & CRM at Prominent Consultant from October 2018 to January 2019, and as an HR Executive - Talent Acquisition at McCoy Management Solutions Pvt Ltd from May 2017 to September 2018.

Krupali Saija completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from BITS edu campus, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended New Heaven Vidhyalaya in Vadodara, where they completed their SSS and HSC degrees in the field of Science. In addition to their formal education, Krupali also obtained certifications in Team Leadership and Team Management from Great Learning in December 2022, and in Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn in August 2020.
