Or Bar Cohen has worked in the Human Resources field since 2011. In 2011, they began working at Ortal Human Resources as an HR Generalist and Training and Development Manager. In this role, they managed five recruitment consultants and was responsible for employee recruitment and sourcing mainly using LinkedIn. In 2015, they moved to IDI Ventures LTD, a global software service company with over 300 employees. At IDI Ventures, they were responsible for the full employee life-cycle from sourcing through recruitment until dismissal. Or also recruited for various departments, such as R&D, Marketing, Retention, and Sales. In 2017, they moved to AppCard, Inc. as Director of Human Resources, where they were in charge of all HR activities, developed and lead the overall recruitment & sourcing process, and talent acquisition. Currently, they are the Owner and Founder of Or HR Recruiting, Development & Consulting, specializing in startups and tech recruiting. Or provides services in areas such as social networks recruiting, executive search, head hunting, human resources management, talent management, and more.

Or Bar Cohen completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Behavioral Sciences with a specialization in Human Resources Management from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2015. In 2016, Cohen obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from the same institution. Cohen then went on to earn a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Development and Consulting from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2017.
