Michael Paladino Jr.

Michael Paladino Jr. has a diverse work experience, primarily in sales and operations management roles. Michael currently holds the position of VP of Sales at Appcues since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at PandaDoc from 2016 to 2022, where they held various positions including Vice President of Sales, Head of Global Sales, Head of Sales, Sales Manager, and Account Executive. Before joining PandaDoc, they worked at VMTurbo from 2015 to 2016, serving in the roles of Commercial Sales in the Northeast Region and Sales Development. Michael started their career at U.S. Pavement Services in 2011 and progressed to become the Senior Operations Manager from 2013 to 2015, and the Operations Manager from 2011 to 2013.

Michael Paladino Jr. graduated from Trinity College-Hartford in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization. Before attending Trinity College, they attended Buckingham Browne and Nichols School from 2005 to 2007. In addition, they obtained a Sales Mastership certification from Winning By Design in August 2018.
