Elinor Tilles Levi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Elinor started their career as a Flight Attendant at EL AL Israel Airlines in 2008, where they provided exceptional customer service to business class travelers and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills. In 2014, they joined DMG - DSNR Media Group as an Account Manager, where they optimized campaigns, developed strategic plans, and managed partnerships. Elinor then transitioned to "Taam-Vatzeva"- Catering, where they held multiple roles, including Sales and Account Manager and Sales & Marketing team lead. Their responsibilities included managing the sales team, customer retention, negotiation, logistics, and developing marketing strategies. Since 2020, Elinor has been working at Applause, initially as a Community Manager responsible for expanding the IL community through innovative programs and community growth strategies. Elinor then progressed to the role of Senior Community Manager, where they own end-to-end operations and logistics of community building and acceleration track programs.
