Bonnie Monroe, SHRM-SCP, CLC, has extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, and coaching. Bonnie is currently serving as the Director of Human Experience at Applied Development LLC, where they focus on building a community-based organization and creating a work experience that celebrates individual brilliance and personal growth. Previously, Bonnie worked as an HR & Business Consultant and Life and Career Coach at SEA CHANGE COACHING, LLC, where they specialized in HR strategy and operations integration.
