Sharanu Sajjan

Sharanu Sajjan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and regulatory services across various leading organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Customer Success at Apptio, an IBM Company, since July 2019, Sharanu has significantly contributed to the success of the organization since its establishment in India. Previous roles include Director of Global Regulatory Services at ArisGlobal, where responsibilities encompassed customer onboarding, deployment, and support operations. Sharanu also held the position of Delivery Head at FIS, establishing new engagements in Manila, and served as Senior Manager at Accenture, managing multiple banking engagements with large teams. Early career at Satyam Computer Services Ltd as a System Analyst included roles as Tech Lead for prominent banking clients in Canada. Sharanu holds a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Gulbarga University.
