Tejas Mangi

Tejas Mangi is an experienced manager specializing in customer success and technical escalations, currently serving as Manager of Global Technical Escalations at Apptio, an IBM Company, since February 2021. Mangi has held several roles within the organization, including Senior Technical Escalations Manager and Escalations Manager.
