Sr. Specialist - Mastermind Analytics

We are looking for a business intelligence and analytics front end leader to work on our growing analytics infrastructure. You will be helping lead a team of highly skilled and motivated data professionals building and deploying analytics products to our customers. You will be part of major initiatives across our product platform around showing how our AI based products deliver value to our customers, and show customer insights into how their business processes are working and interacting with AppZen.

Must Haves:

• Solid understanding of data fundamentals and statistical processes
• Ability to interpret and analyse large data sets
• Must have experience in RDBMS (Postgres, Oracle, MySQL) and Analytics databases (Redshift, Athena, Trino/Presto, Spark SQL).
• Experience in Business Intelligence and end user facing analytics. Ability to drill down into customer use cases and deeply understand their business and how our products can help them.
• Experience defining and developing the user experience of using analytics to solve business problems, and to bring those solutions to production readiness.
• Expertise with data exploration, processing and analysis
• Familiar with visualization tools like Tableau, Superset, etc.
• Data storytelling.
• Deep understanding of how visualizations help solve business problems as well as specific experience using visualization tools to solve those problems.
• B.E. or B.Tech  in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant technical field
• Must have 10+ years of relevant industry experience
