Adam Jaynes

Adam Jaynes, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Adam currently serves as the Director of Compensation at apree health since November 2023. Previously, they held the position of Global Compensation Manager at Axalta from May 2022 to November 2023. In this role, they led general compensation for two major business segments, facilitated the design and implementation of a new career framework, and was a project team member for Workday implementation. Prior to that, Adam worked at Humana in various roles including Compensation Lead and Compensation Consultant, where they reviewed and aligned compensation practices, managed incentive programs, and provided consulting services. Adam also gained experience at companies such as Old National Bank, Jaynes Financial Services, and Swing Science, LLC, in different roles.

Adam Jaynes, MBA, completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Indianapolis from 2006 to 2009. Adam later pursued their M.B.A in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013.
